If the speedometer is still showing the speed they were traveling at, It's kilometers per hour so it's only around 97mph. Not all that fast but that sudden stop is a killer, ugh...  |

97 mph to a DEAD stop in 0.10 of a sec is lights out for sure. Coupled with the fact that they hit sideways, which is the most vulnerable part of a car (unless it's a Ford pinto). They could've been doing 40-50 mph and had the same out come if T-boned like that.
