3 Security Guards Were Killed and Set on Fire at Samba Rehearsal
Brazil, Three security guards, hired to work at a Samba music bands rehearsal scheduled to take place late on Monday (6), were shot dead in the afternoon. Two of whom were partially burned afterwards. The crime occurred in front of the entrance of a stadium where the event would be held. According to EMT's, one of the victims was rescued, but he could not resist her injuries and died in the Hospital. The Samba event was canceled. It's one of the most visited music event by tourists. This would be the fifth edition of the 2017 season of the event. In a statement, the organisation stated that the tickets will be valid for the show next Monday (13) and that people who do not want to go, will have the money returned. Preliminary investigations indicate that the crime was a revenge act involving a man/boy allegedly killed by security guards after a music try-out on Jan 23. The 3 guards put him in a suitcase and was choked to death. He was found inside an abandoned car. He was one of the heads of a drug gang/criminal faction. A group of armed men arrived at the scene yesterday and killed the guards and then set fire to the bodies. Then the criminals fled the area. The case is under investigation by the Homicide and Personal Protection Department. Police officers have already begun collecting witness testimonies. "We have two lines of investigation being analyzed and soon we will present the perpetrators of these crimes," a police chief said. |

Re: 3 Security Guards Were Killed and Set on Fire at Samba Rehearsal
Well, if it's true that those 3 guards killed a small-stature man/boy by stuffing them in a suitcase, then they got what's coming to them. |
