Gay ? What does this has to do with Russia ? Nobody controls whose behind a wheel normally, and if its a heart attack then it can happen everytime. Or does the police in your country controll you each day when you want to use your car ? wtf ?

I thought that at first but many had their backs turned. Also, the driver switched directions at the end, so the old guy was grabbing his wife forward thinking he would continue swerving; he had no way of predicting the driver would swing back left

If they just stayed where they were standing or fell backwards, they would not have been run over. Very sad.
