They called them "Lanza" a Chilean word for someone who gets advantage of their victims' distraction to steal from them, it made me believe it was Chile or maybe they are Chilean nationals living in Argentina
They're saying rastrero, that means thief here in Argentina. This happened in Buenos Aires, in a place called Mataderos.
