Ecuador. Manuel E.G, 36 years old, is the victim who lost his life after a knife wound in his neck done by his neighbor.

Police officers indicated that a fight broke out between the victim and the neighbor due to personal problems. After the stabbing he followed his neighbor to his house where the neighbor closed the fenced gate. Shortly after that he collapsed and died.

Neighbors and bystanders swarmed at the site to try and take him to a hospital but the man died after a few minutes.

National Police raided the sector to capture the 19-year-old assailant and take him to court for attacking and murdering his neighbor with a knife.

Per the description, and possibly blood already on his shirt (though not a lot) when he arrived at the gate, I don't think he was stabbed through it. SO many off switch zones in the neck, totally possible to bleed sufficiently out inside into some other organ or visceral area to pass out without a ton of blood (initially) on the outside. Like, say, the ukranian refugee lady stabbed on the train. :(

He wasn't stabbed through the gate. I thought the same thing, but look closely. There's already blood on his shirt before they run to the gate. He just finally collapses at the gate after being stabbed before the jog down the street.
