Years ago I was involved in a mass fight similar to this. Couple of guys jumped on my buddy.. I came over to pull one of them off and he punched me in the throat. It pissed me off since I wasn't trying to hurt the guy.. Just get his ass off my bud so the 2 could fight fairly. So I began hitting him in the face and stomping him. when I stopped I noticed I was sweating a ton and rubbed my neck to feel the perspiration.. I remember thinking "man it's hot out here."

At that moment I looked to my right and some girl was running at me with a 2x4 fixin to crack me over the head but she stopped with a dumb look on her face. It was about that moment I realized I had been stabbed in the throat and not punched.

Just being young and dumb kids. I was lucky... That kid wasn't. It could happen to any testosterone fueled teenage boy.
