If those were *******, that driver would of been pulled out of that car and lynched. Did you know that 99+% of lynchings are done by *******?

I'm surprised he got out after hitting the hooligan, best bet might be to lock your doors, stay in the car, call police on your phone and lay down some leisurely covering fire thru an open window with your Glock to keep the mob down.
