15 Year Old Speedy Biker Dies Being Hit by a Dump Truck
According to information from the Civil Police, the incident happened around 11.30 am and security cameras from a residence on that avenue, filmed the moment of the accident. The 15 year old boy was riding at high speed on the avenue when the driver of the dump truck did not stop at the intersection and invaded the path of the biker. The boy was thrown a few feet away and hit his head/neck on a curb. The Emergency Mobile Service (Samu) confirmed the teenager's death. Policemen of the Specialized Traffic Offenses Office performed a breathalizer test on the dump truck driver, identified as C. C. A. P., resulting negative for alcohol consumption. |

Bet they didn't check if the truck had brakes tho . Watch it roll back when he gets out and starts walking over.

Hmmm both at fault. Biker = speeding in a residential/town with blind corners/junctions. Trucker = a big silly test and non vigilant and his licence should be revoked, proceeded to drive from a blind junction, no doubt he saw the biker and could of slapped his brakes on - which I feel are failing or have failed, look how the truck rolls back when the driver jumps out.. Telling you now... speed, vehicle maintenance negligence and all out stupidity from both of them = guaranteed death  |

I think about that when I ride.. I wear an open face half shell..  I concur with mexx.. Damn bofa dem at fault.. Truck driver didn't look, it's obvious... The bike rider was too fast for that area.. You have to know where you can mash the throttle, that was not one of those places  |
