There are TWO ways for you to be fooled. One is to believe things that ARE NOT TRUE. The other is to NOT BELIEVE things which ARE TRUE.

On February 17th, 2017, it was reported that Trump, at the behest of the NRA, and with Republican help, had rolled back a law placed in effect by Barack Obama, that restricted gun ownership by people with mental problems, thus canceling the law, and making it possible for people with mental illness to buy weapons again.

All teachers should be trained in self defence and how to restrain. Stuff like 'positive handling' courses are not going to work in a situation like this. Physical restraining is the only method that should be used when the person is clearly out of control and danger to everyone. I know in the UK they don't train everyone on this type of scenario, and they should, because it's not as if you ever get notice of it happening beforehand. Teachers should all have this knowledge just in case. I'm speaking from a UK perspective, not sure how it is anywhere else.
