Re: You Cant Fight with That.......
Not fake at all, this is frighteningly common in MMA and Kickboxing circuits... especially with the newer generation... I don't know if it's because everyone has calcium deficiency, or that conditioning is overlooked... you can't just hit the gym, practice your sparring and katas, and then jump in a fight and expect your skeletal system to support all of it.. calcium deposits exist for a reason.. But yeah, this guys career is over, at least as far as anything involving his legs.. he may still be able to box it out. He'll never be a dancer, lol. |

Re: You Cant Fight with That.......
No its the new way they kick. Roundhouses were usually thrown with the instep or if you turned your hip enough the ankle bone was the impact weapon. These guys are taught to use their shins. Is that Mi Ti? If you do not start this training early in age your shins do not get strong enough to take a shin against shin blow later in life. As I read back Kensomniac already said it. This is not something you learn or can do in a few years. You don't have the ground skills and you can get killed in a stand up fight with these guys. wolfie |
