Wouldn't be electrical as it's both feet, electricity is lazy like, well, nm, so on exit goes for the path of least resistance, even standing in a pool of water. Only thing no one else has mentioned is a chemical burn, ie someone pulled over the drum of acid on herself while working.

I would opt for a mixture of both krokodil induced stupor and the severe cold causing severe frostbite.... either way sucks to be them, no more footsie time! |
