"Worst Crush Injury"
Alex is not considered the smartest intern, but he has always enjoyed saving people, and the more risk and thrill that is involved when saving that person, the better. Karev finds a woman that had a pylon fall on to her and at first, Alex thought the woman was dead, and put the tag for a dead body on her. That would be his bad triage skills showing through. When she moaned and moved her hand, he moved the pylon off of her to reveal a woman with "the worst crush injury he has ever seen". Only showed a headshot but isn't it weird how unhuman she looks? you can see the pain in her eyes, kinda creeps me out.
