Wierd it won't let me like this thread. I don't know what is so offensive about this either. It is a very beautiful tattoo. The ink work is top notch. Kudos to this strong soul, for conquering this obstacle set before her.

Wierd, it's still hasn't registered, yeah I have exited then come back in here maybe 4 or 5 times and hit the thank button, and still nothing. No matter, I don't need a thank or like button to tell how much I like this. It really is a very beautiful tattoo, I like the celtic style straps, and borders that she has. And the colour really makes it pop out at you. Nothing in the piece really overpowers or draws you away from the rest of it. It is really a stunning piece of ( I don't want to say tattoo, as it is much more than that) art in my opinion. And I for one am glad I am not on facebook anymore, if they take this sort of thing down. It is an awesome example of someone overcoming the trial of life and death, essentially rising up from the ashes, of what may have been her final days. People like this are true role models, and should be revered as such. These are everyday people, in real situations that push the very limits of what the mind and body can acomplish. And facebook, and all those responsible for this being remove/taken down, should be ashamed. Bad form.

It looks like she had total mastectomy with nipple removal. Some surgeons are not comfortable leaving nipples since some ductal tissue is left also which leaves a greater chance of cancer recurrence.
