Isn't there a law against huffing? Why does she need $400 worth of gas to sniff a month. 1 gallon should last months. I am a mechanic and deal with lots of gas and there is no way it evaporates that fast, even if she was to leave a gallon uncapped 24/7 it wouldn't evaporate in a month. I leave gallons of gas uncapped for longer than that all the time. This shouldn't cost her anything, even if she needs fresh gas now and then just poor the old stuff in the car and put some fresh in the can. It seams as though the huffing has really warped her thinking. Her brain is burnt out.
