this my first post, was playing Spec Ops: The Line, there is a segment there where you use this on the foes, curious as i am i looked it up. and yeas armys use this stuff quite often here and there.

The gift that keeps on giving. Put water on it and it reacts worse. Supposed to be Illegal to use in Civilian areas but it didn't stop them in Fallujah.
