This reminds me of when I was in high school and working part time at a hospital...there was a homeless guy who had been around forever, walking the streets looking exactly like the 6th pic. One day while delivering food to the rooms there he was in bed - a doctor had offered to operate on him for free if he was willing. He was the sweetest man, and was so friendly and excited for this opportunity and we chatted for a while...the next day I heard a code blue, and found out later the poor man had died on the operating table :(
