NOPE that’s a GSW perforating, a lung or two , if he didn’t get immediate, and when I say immediate emergency care, there is no way he lived , seen it during a internship many times , someone needs to immediately deflate his lung by sticking a tube into his lung through his rib , didn’t look like anybody was trying to do that
