No, it's not. It's a medical teaching specimen designed to show the sinuses. It has been dissected in this way after someone donated their body to science.

if i remember correctly, thats the head of a serial killer that was sentenced to death and they then used his body for science to show the human body like on an MRI machine, of course they didnt have those yet so, they found out by slicing him up like a honey ham! no joke im pretty sure that should check out  |
