Re: Twins Don't Seem to Realize They've Been Born
I know of a lot of twins that have distinct personalities, but, I've seen studies of twins adopted out to different families and they are so much alike, it's crazy! They also supposedly feel a loss, if they lose their twin and can sometimes feel if the other is in danger. Some people don't know Elvis Presley was a twin and he dealt with a lot of those issues. His twin, Jesse Aaron, is buried at Graceland with the rest of the family. His middle name was misspelled when I was there, as Aron, but, it has since been corrected. Be glad you don't have quints or sextuplets! As long as your girls are healthy, enjoy them! I assume they are. |

Re: Twins Don't Seem to Realize They've Been Born
I'm sorry for your and your wife's loss. I wish you the best and will keep my fingers crossed for you. A neighbor of my niece took fertility drugs and had triplets, 2 girls and 1 boy, and they are so adorable and friendly. They wouldn't change a thing! The one daughter was on a heart monitor and a few pounds lighter than the others and spent some time in the hospital, but, she caught up quickly and you'd never know she had those issues. You may have a few grey hairs and dark circles, but, most of the parents think they are worth it. |

Re: Twins Don't Seem to Realize They've Been Born
True, and most of us are softies at heart. Babies shouldn't suffer for the sins of their parents, but, sadly, as we all know, some do all too often. Just saw a story on the news about a baby waking up in her coffin in Thailand! Gotta check that out! |
