Looks like his left eye and anus switched places.  I'm not a professional at identifying photoshopped images, but I do go to one of the top art schools in the nation (CCAD) and I'm constantly using CS4 programs like photoshop, and this doesn't look photoshopped to me. If it is, they did a pretty good job (considering how the rest of the face would contort with the growth, and the shadows and highlights looking consistent.) That damn kmsan logo also makes it hard to tell. I think it's real though, and I feel very very sorry for that kid. |
