Stop comparing these to food, people! Mega-gross. Now I can't have ramen or string cheese OR crackers. Thanks. Anyway, why would anyone leave that on his face? I don't understand why people have to go to "doctors" for every tiny little affliction, and no one can do anything for themselves. In its earlier days, it was probably just a really bad pimple.
