A high pressure water hose will take care of cleaning them out instead of doing it one by one, by hand... Cause I sure in Hell would NOT go near that, even after they were all cleaned out.

I've seen and cleaned/bandaged some nasty shit taking care of the elderly, sick, disabled, deceased etc but maggots?!?!? Nope. I gotta draw the line at that.
