The use of foreign material (paraffin or Vaseline) injection for penile augmentation makes a lot of serious complications.

The definite treatment is complete surgical excision of skin and subcutaneous tissue infiltrated by the foreign material and resurfacing of denuded penis in this 38 year-old patient.

Foreign body injection into the penile shaft, in the mistaken belief that it could increase the size, is not uncommon among Thai males.

Paraffin, oil, and other materials had been injected into the penile skin and predictably followed by a lot of complications.

Foreign body granuloma, disfigurement, chronic and unhealed ulcer, painful erection, and the inability to achieve sexual activities are those following complications.

In the severe cases, even though the complete resection of the skin and all of the infiltrated tissue was meticulously performed, some foreign bodies had to be left since they had incorporated into either the corpus cavernosum or corpus spongiosum.

Durable resurfacing skin can't be perfectly achieved by skin grafting in these situations. Between 1996 and 2002, 31 patients with penile paraffinoma have been treated using bilateral scrotal flaps.

Both functional and cosmetic goals without any major complications were achieved in all of the patients.

So I am 100 percent female but this made me wince horribly! Maybe next time he will just accept that his penis is skinny and small, although it seemed of good size and thickness in my eyes but he could be seeing it differently. Oh and another thing OUCH OUCH OUCH OUCH OUCHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!

Every guy has some kind of issue with the size (or lack thereof) of his penis. A buddy of mine who stands 5'8" and is quite well endowed, within the 8 to 9 inch range when flaccid, thinks his penis is small.

Guys, it’s okay that your penis isn’t huge. I’ve had many sex partners (it was the 80’s) with many sized penis’. I found my body adapted just fine to the average sized penis. Unless a woman has a cave for a vagina, it will stretch, then go back to small again, no problem. Larger men can cause more pain, in my opinion. It’s all in how you use it and pay attention to your partners needs. His seemed a fine size. Don’t mess with it. BTW who are these young women I see on TV getting vaginal rejuvenation? Already? What have you been putting up there? I’m 54 and mine is the same as it’s always been. Maybe it’s because I’ve been monogamous for 30 years now?

I know it makes you wince to watch this but I have to say that the surgery is incredible. The way they strip away the contaminated skin then use scrotal skin to reshape the shaft is amazing and although not massively pretty afterwards, it is a fuck ton better than before.
