Ok...So I quickly glanced at this picture a couple of days ago but didn't read the story or really look at it up close. So this morning I take another peek and almost fell off my office chair when I noticed the larvae and THEN read the story (hence my ADHD).

It's pretty simple how it happens...bad oral hygiene! ,,foul putrid smells attract flies,,so combine foul putrid stinky ass breath with that person sleeping,,mouth falls open fly walks in and lays her brood..they hatch and are voraciously hungry..Voila. Myiasis.
