Really you condone gang torture and object-sodomy because some kid claimed he/she was raped? There are many reasons people are accused of rape, often it is rape other times child custody, money, spouse/parent resentment or inconvenient pregnancy results in false accusations. People get falsely convicted even in US courts especially if they can't afford the $100K for a real lawyer and have to deal with a public defender who spends their whole career chatting up the prosecutors and handling plea agreements. Also torture victims tend to become torturers themselves so instead of "curing" a rapist you are more likely to create a torture-murder-rapist. |

It's not moral outrage that motivates these attackers. There is a "toughness" hierarchy among violent prisoners, based on how tough your victim is. If your victim was an armed cop, then you're at the top of the badass pyramid, because armed cops are difficult prey. Rapists usually target vulnerable women, and such women are not difficult prey, therefore the rapist is viewed as a coward and a pussy because he chose to attack someone weak. Child molesters are at the very bottom of the hierarchy because their victims are the most vulnerable and helpless of all possible victims. As a raper of children, the victim in this video is seen as weak, and is thus the one who gets dominated by the other prisoners. It's not because the other prisoners actually care about the child victim, or are revolted by the crime. All they see is a weak rapist who didn't have the balls to attack a worthy opponent. |

These other prisoners aren't the good guys they just need a reason to hurt someone and are more than likely rapists themselves and are probably doing this because he is gay.
