Re: Psoriasis
Its an autoimmune disorder, like celiac disease or crohns or colitis. So definitely can't be changed by working out or changing ur bed sheets. Stress and some foods, amongst other things, makes it flare. A product called clobetasol works amazing, especially the spray stuff, cuz it dries in seconds and stays put. A good step before jumping into the biologics, like Enbrel.

Re: Psoriasis
I seen a picture before and it looked like you had it under some sort of control. Iv read some of the comments and I normally keep myself to myself but until (and I wish it on nobody apart from some of these sick bastards) 'you' get this condition you can't imagine the pain and suffering it causes. It can be treated but there are so many treatments out there for it you just have to keep jumping through the hoops till you find something that helps. I have it and I have it bad. Iv tried all the creams, ointments the whole lot until I went to see my new doctor and lost my temper and I got a letter from the hospital within the week. Yes I fucking lost it but had to tell him to look at my history the stuff you are pushing me out the door with don't work as I've tried that one too! My appointment was this week for the hospital to assess me and I made sure they knew I wanted the treatment only hospitals can give so I start my light treatment and medication Monday. I'm ranting on yeah I know and yes there is many more conditions people have and yes they are alot worse than this, but I don't know what it's like to have a different condition I have plaque psoriasis and all I know it's ruining my life just like many other people. I feel for you all with this.its a living nightmare! Sorry rant over |

Re: Psoriasis
That's easier said than done. If you could put cream on to relieve it im sure she and everyone else would. When it scabs over and thickens it's like having a nest of fire ants underneath and once you get it off its a relief that is hard to explain. It's such a disablement to the sufferers |
