Its Asia. They're literally not human. Did you see the other creature pointing and laughing? I'm sure they cut the cord and she pulled up her pants and everyone walked away. They probably think it's just a regular bodily function that happens every 9 months. It's not just babies either. Run one of them over and the rest won't even swerve, just keep going until it's not an annoying bump anymore. Its disgusting
