No mate, if he said he has "Pigeon Chest" then it sticks out the opposite way to that photo so it doesn't dent in but it sticks out instead and depending on how bad you have it it's pretty noticable. I have the same condition as him and mine is noticable when I don't have a shirt on but it's something I learn to live with.

My daughter has this, it runs in her father's side of the family. So far, it has not caused any health problems. Her doctor keeps a close eye on it, and she isn't allowed to participate in any contact sports. Surgery requires the chestplate to be removed, reversed, and wired back together, or have a steel plate put in place. I really hope it doesn't come down to that.
