That's one of the saddest things I've ever seen.

I couldn't get the sound to work on the videos, do they explain what happened to his mouth? Surely, hot water didn't do that?
It's stated that he has had one surgery that allowed him to turn his head. Sounds like his mouth/chin might've been pulled down to his neck/chest by tense scar tissue, which could've caused the deformities of his mouth/teeth.

I can understand that the chin would've been pulled down by scar tissue, that happens in a lot of acid and boiling water cases. Suppose I didn't think about how the tension could affect the bone structures in the mouth as well, silly me. It just looked like something more than that to me, seeing as both jaws and teeth seem to be extremely affected.
