I think it's the Mummy's pregnant wife. He was probably early Islamic and cut off her legs so she couldn't run and her arms so she couldn't flip him the bird. ;)

Jim's, "Maternity", series seems to be confused with his, "Pure Bondage", series. If that woman in the OP had been burned, her nipples would not have been looking like nipples. |
