At this point, euthanasia would be mercy killing in the truest sense of the word. We can't save all of them, no matter how hard we try, and the corrupt African governments could give a shit if their people are dying. Letting those children die gently and without pain would undoubtedly be the most generous thing we could do for them. I'm not any sort of crusader or anything, but my god, these people are ravaged and would probably welcome the release that death would bring.
