You obviously didn't cut your tendons, as if you did you wouldn't be able to flex your fingers. The damage is immediate and painful, it feels like a broken hand. I have had two severed tendons on my fingers so I know what I'm talking about. You would need surgery ASAP to reconnect the tendons or you would never be able to flex again.

Oh c'mon, if you're not gonna go to the hospital then at least go to freaking CVS and buy some wound closure bandages. I got bitten by a dog at work and my dad bought me some of those. While my wound looked like a vagina at first, it healed into a nice, neat line thanks to the bandages.
