Similar story from one of my friend (birth defect has no ball) when he got 18 y/o, the father is actually the donor of one of the ball. Ball transplant.

That wouldn't stop them from raping. A man without balls can still achieve an erection. And even if they couldn't, they could still rape someone using their hands or objects.
