Some do and some dont. Either way, once they do the banding everything goes completely numb after like an hour.

Its gotta be weird not having anything between your legs, and not being able to get off has to be insanely frustrating until your hormone levels drop to the point you no longer get aroused.

If you dig around that site some people do this stuff on their own in hotels and stuff. That's just so insane.
