I worked in nursing homes when I was in high school and college, and one time there was this hugely obese woman who had a decubitus ulcer the size of a dinner plate, had eroded so deep that her spine was revealed, and they were treating her with betadine mixed with sugar.

It was one of the most disgusting things I have ever seen.

Unless you have pictures, I call Shenanigans!
