Alright. Gross. I watched this, I accept what I've just seen... and I'm trying to put that in the past, but I need to ask how. Not why because I'm sure there's no answer - but HOW.

How did maggots get in there? Is it a bug fetish from injectable larvae or a seriously disgusting infection?
