Huge Testicles - Likely a Result of Saline Inflation
I hope this video isn't breaking any rules.....I'm sure it fits into this category though  It looks like this fellow has gone a bit extreme with the saline inflation of his scrotum....whoah! This is practiced as a form of temporary body modification. It's also quite festive!
