Unfortunately this was finally the ultimate demise of Superman/ Christopher Reeve. The main cause of his death is listed as Heart Failure.....but this was caused by Infected Pressure Sores, since Reeve was always in a chair....or bed. Sometimes, even with the best care, you can still suffer from them.

My bio mom died from that. Such a nasty way to go. Glad I wasn't there to see her but morbid curiosity makes me wonder. My sisters saw her though and said it was rancid.
