My friend in elementary school had an eye like that.she had accidentally stabbed herself in the eye with a pocket knife trying to fix the chain on her bike.

That's a funky way of putting it. The cornea is ruptured and the iris happened to protrude. The iris is supposed to control the diameter of the pupil and when it comes out like that, even the pupil looks strange. Super awesome pic!  |
