This is what happens during difficult deliveries for women. I saw a pic of a weight lifter once that tried to beat his own record (rotten.com) he literally was delivering his own colon not just a rectal prolapse.

I do the same thing with eye issues. Things with eyes creep me out big time, but, I always have to look!

I remember that guy. He was doing a squat, if memory serves. I hate squats!
