Looks like classic electrical burns. Very high voltage and current. Burned his hands right off nd looks like exited from his abdomen. Damn that's severely fucked up.

I would imagine with burns that severe, all of the nerves located anywhere near them are completely fried - he may not be FEELING any pain. That might be why he's so calm in the pictures. Poor kid!
