Have you ever seen people eating bits off of styrofoam coffee cups? That can combine with the acid in the stomach to form a ball resembling fiberglass.

Haha, I've never heard of people eating styrofoam cups before. That's interesting though. I guess it could be pretty harmful for you if you eat enough. If I ever see anybody eating those, I'll let them know that they're slowing filling their stomachs with fiberglass |
