This is so fake. His injured hand isn't spewing out blood, and he's not moving one bit of it. Really, if you choppd off your thumb, even if you took tons of vicodin etc, you'd still wiggle SOEMthing on that hand. To me it looks like a fake hand fully and the thumb bit looked fake too. Just my 2c.
