Looks like a accidental self inflicted wound. Handgun was probably tucked in the front of his pants. May be a 9mm or 40 caliber. Also looks to be a FMJ (full metal jacket) bullet. If it was a hollow point bullet there would be nothing left of his balls. Bet that won't happen again!
