I agree with you. Violence is violence, there's an aggressor and a victim, granted, things aren't always cut and dried. Domestic violence can flow both ways, although the majority is against women, it does happen to some men. Women can be dangerous too, people seem to want to make a joke of it for some reason, I don't see why it should be considered remotely acceptable in any case.

I think women should be offended when their gender is generally considered the weaker one, and men should be offended when their gender is generally considered the dangerous one.  There are a lot of female murderers and a lot of non-violent males in the world, we just don't hear that much about them in the news. |
