A small bridge, where a truck overtook a motorcycle in the middle of the bridge. Both believed they were right, resulting in the motorcycle rider being trapped. Location: Sukoreno Village, Kalisat, Jember, April 9, 2026

The incident resulted in the victim suffering serious injuries. He was transported to the hospital and underwent intensive medical treatment. However, after undergoing treatment, the victim was pronounced dead on Friday morning (April 10, 2026).

Back in the early 80s someone made a 'critical hits' chart: probably from The Arduin Grimoire, Powers & Perils, Dangers & Dweomers or a similar D&D knock-off, but generally similar to the one in Dragon Magazine #39, July 1980. But this one included the entry "Abdomen Hit, Lower, Removal of generative organ: may no longer reproduce" or language to that effect. I used to wonder what that might mean if the character/NPC/monster suffering such a hit was female. Some weapons are naturally more credibly able to perform such a 'scoop' than others, I guess. (Un)fortunately, that particular crit hit was never rolled/inflicted by the DM, in our games.

Everyone in life has some sort of injury regardless of who they are. Some are large and others are small. We all suffer something in our lives. That’s one injury I’m glad wasn’t in mine.
