Diagnosed with Tietze's Syndrome I have to use an ice pack everyday for a cpl weeks along with Naproxen 375MG 3x day, I fell asleep with one on my chest and this happened, at first it felt like a hard thing in my tit but the day after it looked like I was burned. Freezer burn I guess lol *first post, I wanted to submit something grosser for my first time but this will have to do*

EEK! It looks painful. Maybe, put a towel under the ice.

Do you want some Naproxen 220 mg.? It gives me terrible indigestion, but, I have gerd anyway.
