i got a pionidal abcess at the exact same place hes got that. Fortunately the doctors put me under general anaesthetic and operated to remove all the shit. Now a district nurse has to come and pack thw wound every day :( absolutely kills.

At least you had enough sense to do to a real doctor. It looked painful.
