I have to disagree. All the procedures you mentioned are cosmetic and people undergo these elective surgeries to become more (socially) attractive to themselves and/ or to others. When you look at it from a biological prospective becoming “more attractive” allows you to attract and increases your chances of finding a mate to procreate. I don’t think that corn dog pictured can procreate neither could a freshly made ham sandwich.

You pretty much said all I was gonna say  . Bear in mind that the vast majority of people on this planet have absolutely no interest in procreating, they just want someone to smash who won't leave the next morning.I'm going out on a limb here and assuming that they can't fabricate a penis that can subside similar to a real one, so transmen are most likely "showers", rather than "growers". I'm bi and I've seen dudes with thicker foreskins than the one depicted here. Most likely when the penis is pumped up to its full erect length it looks more natural. |
