Facial Feminisation Surgery on Transsexual Women
This is a surgery sometimes performed on transsexual woman. It involves peeling away facial skin and then removing parts of the skull in order to create a more 'feminine' face shape. The skin is then stapled back in place until fully healed.

Yeah but for now I think feeling like they fit into society as looking female helps miles. Can you imagine trying to be out and about and have people staring and whispering because you are obviously masculine? I'd imagine it would be tough, so it's a good first step. =)
